How to use ?

This version of the python script written for Ubuntu 16.04 and Blender 2.79.

1. Download a archive on the page rigidbodysimulation.zip

2. Unpack rigidbodysimulation.zip and open the 'rigidbodysimulation' folder in a Terminal (for example, via click on right button of mouse --> Open in Terminal ).

3. Run the 'start' python script in Terminal by  $ python start

4. A grey screen of Blender appeared. Don't afraid - this is normally. The code start of simulation from a simple protein structure to a complex structure. Step by step the structure will to grew. Blender will be to restart after each step.

5. You'll see a results of all simulations in the file 'result.txt'. It will be a data for each 100 runs. Blender3D get this data by 3D models. On this page 'How it works'  you'll see what's happen under a grey screen of Blender.
